We have a 1-day return-refund policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to communicate your intent to return (for whatever reason) and take refund once the items reach us. To rule out your non-availability at the given address in this 24 hours window, we shall contact you before dispatching your order with an estimated delivery date. We encourage you to provide a self pickup access point location (like a UPS Access Point nearby).

Once this 24 hours window has elapsed, the order shall be deemed accepted and not be eligible for any return, exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label within 1 business day, as well as instructions on how to pack and send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Returns from Outside Mainland United States

The 24 hours window to express intent to return applies even if you are outside mainland USA. However, all return shipping costs and any duties incurred by us shall be your responsibility. Also, you must ensure that the returned items reach our address within 14 calendar days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We encourage you to take and save an unboxing video.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not offer any exchanges anytime after the 24 hour return-refund window has elapsed. Your only option to encash it is to take the buyback route.

Buyback / Resale Value

Every product comes with a lifetime buyback guarantee at 20% of its price. For example, if you bought a product worth US$ 100, we guarantee you a US$ 20 resale value on its return - anytime.

To claim a buyback payout, write us an email with your original purchase receipt, your bank account details and clear photos/videos of the product in its current form. If your buyback is accepted, we shall create a shipping label for you and provide instructions about packaging and address. Once the item is received, we shall process your payout within 7 business days.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1 business day and share proof of the same from our side. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
